2. Placing an Order

2.1 Here’s how your order is created:

  • You select your product(s) and complete the checkout process.

  • By confirming your order, you agree to purchase the product(s) listed.

  • Payment is taken at checkout.

  • We’ll send you an Order Confirmation Email—this means your order is accepted and a contract between us is formed.

  • When your order ships, you’ll receive a Shipping Confirmation Email.

2.2 We may reject an order if:

  • The product is out of stock.

  • We can’t process your payment.

  • There’s a pricing or product description error.

  • Your order doesn’t meet these Terms.

  • The content for a personalized product violates our Content Rules (see section 4).

  • We suspect fraudulent activity.

2.3 Once placed, personalized product orders cannot be changed or cancelled.

3. Products & Pricing

3.1 We aim to display our products accurately, but slight variations in color, layout, or materials may occur.

3.2 Prices are in GBP and include VAT (where applicable). Delivery costs are shown separately at checkout.

3.3 If a price is clearly incorrect, we are not obligated to sell the product at that price, even after an order confirmation.

3.4 International customers may be charged customs duties or taxes when the order arrives in their country. These are your responsibility.

4. Personalized Products & Content Rules

4.1 Please double-check all spelling, formatting, and design before placing your personalized order. We cannot make changes afterward.

4.2 You must own or have permission to use any content you include in a personalized product.

4.3 We do not allow personalized content that:

  • Infringes copyright, trademarks, or other rights.

  • Contains offensive, obscene, or discriminatory material.

  • Is misleading, abusive, threatening, or illegal.

  • Includes someone’s personal information without their permission.

  • Promotes unlawful activity or phishing.

5. Delivery

5.1 Delivery charges are shown at checkout.

5.2 Estimated delivery dates are given when you place your order but may change due to events outside our control (see Section 15).

5.3 International customers are responsible for any customs charges or taxes.

6. Changing or Cancelling an Order

6.1 Personalized product orders cannot be cancelled or edited once confirmed.

6.2 We are not responsible for customer errors such as spelling mistakes, low-resolution images, or incorrect delivery addresses.

6.3 Contact us if you are having issue changing or cancelling your order.

7. Refunds & Reprints

7.1 If your order arrives damaged or has a printing fault, contact us within 7 days with your order number, description, and clear photos.

7.2 If approved, you may choose:

  • Refund – We’ll return the full amount (including delivery) within 30 days.

  • Reprint – We’ll send a corrected product free of charge.

7.3 We cannot refund or reprint for customer-made mistakes.

8. Returns for Non-Personalized Items

8.1 Non-personalized items can be returned within 30 days in their original condition for a full refund.

8.2 This does not affect your legal rights under consumer protection laws.

9. Payment

9.1 We accept the payment methods listed at checkout.

9.2 Payment is taken when you receive your Order Confirmation Email.

10. Privacy & Intellectual Property

10.1 We use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10.2 All designs, text, graphics, and images on this website belong to AscendMinds and may not be reproduced without permission.

We are not responsible for the content or availability of any third-party websites linked from ours.

We are not responsible for indirect losses, such as loss of income, data, or business, unless required by law.

13. Risk & Ownership

Products become your responsibility upon delivery. Ownership passes to you when we receive full payment.

We’re not liable for delays or failures caused by events we can’t reasonably prevent, such as extreme weather, strikes, or natural disasters.

16. Law & Jurisdiction
