  • Digital Products

    • All digital products (e.g., downloadable journals, templates) are non-refundable due to their nature.

    • If you experience technical issues or cannot access your purchase, please contact us, and we will assist you promptly.

  • Physical Products

    • Refunds or exchanges for physical products are accepted within 30 days of receipt.

    • No refunds or exchanges for products that have been written in, used, or damaged in any way by the customer.

    • Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

    • To request a refund or exchange, contact us with your order number and reason for the request.

  • Refund Process

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

    • Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

  • Damaged or Defective Items

    • If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately with photos of the issue, and we will provide a replacement or full refund.

  • Exceptions / non-returnable items

    • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
