Digital Products
All digital products (e.g., downloadable journals, templates) are non-refundable due to their nature.
If you experience technical issues or cannot access your purchase, please contact us, and we will assist you promptly.
Physical Products
Refunds or exchanges for physical products are accepted within 30 days of receipt.
No refunds or exchanges for products that have been written in, used, or damaged in any way by the customer.
Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
To request a refund or exchange, contact us with your order number and reason for the request.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately with photos of the issue, and we will provide a replacement or full refund.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
